Serving Ari Homes as the firm’s president and managing partner, Sina provides sophisticated asset management expertise and counsel for our clients’ mix of wealthy professionals and entrepreneurs. He understands the importance of strategic guidance in helping transform years of hard work into a meaningful family legacy.

Sina has always been drawn to real estate, keeping his fingers on the pulse of the financial landscape to identify trends, discern patterns and perceive shifts in the economic environment that may have an impact on the real estate market. What sets him apart is his ability to bring the strength of this analysis to specific deals that align with his clients’ values and goals.

Sina and the other members of the team relate well on multiple levels with the diverse backgrounds of their client base, many of whom have traversed a similar path of assimilation. He enjoys engaging with various cultures and learning something new every day. Sina finds the best part of his role is to help see his vision for his clients come to fruition. His passion for asset management drives him to embrace every opportunity to educate his clients to serve their best interests.

In addition to serving as President of Ari Homes, Sina has acquired years of experience with Merrill Lynch, in the role of Senior Portfolio Advisor, where he and his team manage over $1.6Billion.

Sina was born in Atlanta, Georgia, and studied Finance at the University of Georgia. He holds his SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses, designating him an investment advisor.

Sina resides in the Buckhead neighborhood of Atlanta, and in his free time he enjoys trying new restaurants, cooking for friends, and playing golf.

Serving Ari Homes as Director of Acquisitions, Jonathan is a seasoned real estate professional with seven years of experience in the industry. As the founder of Ember Capital Group, a successful wholesaling company, Jonathan managed and facilitated over $100 million in real estate transactions. His deep understanding of market dynamics, combined with his ability to identify lucrative investment opportunities, allowed Ember Capital Group to thrive and earn a reputation for delivering exceptional value to clients. Jonathan’s hands-on approach and strong negotiation skills have been key to his success in helping investors, sellers, and buyers navigate the complex real estate landscape.

In addition to his real estate expertise, Jonathan currently serves as an Enterprise Sales Development Representative at MoEngage, a leading customer engagement platform. In this role, he leverages his analytical mindset and strategic thinking to drive business growth, working closely with large enterprises to help them optimize their customer engagement efforts. Jonathan’s dual experience in real estate and sales development has enabled him to sharpen his skills in building strong client relationships, analyzing business needs, and providing tailored solutions.

A New York native, Jonathan is passionate about entrepreneurship and continuously seeks new opportunities to expand his skill set. Whether in real estate or tech sales, he thrives on the challenge of driving results and building meaningful connections. Outside of his professional endeavors, Jonathan enjoys staying active, exploring new business ventures, and contributing to his local Church and community.
